Vehicle Location Fuel Timestamp
This release adds thefuel_occurred_at field to vehicle location schemas, providing a timestamp for when fuel data was recorded alongside a location event.
Backward-compatible addition: This release introduces no breaking changes. Existing integrations continue to work without modification.
