Geofence monitors API

This release introduces the Geofence Monitors API under the Notifications service. You can now create, retrieve, and cancel geofence monitors programmatically via REST endpoints.

Backward-compatible addition: This release introduces no breaking changes. Existing integrations continue to work without modification.

New endpoints

Geofence monitor management

Four new endpoints are available for managing geofence monitors:

`POST`	`/v2/notifications/geofence-monitors`	Create a geofence monitor
`GET`	`/v2/notifications/geofence-monitors/{geofence_monitor_id}`	Retrieve a geofence monitor
`POST`	`/v2/notifications/geofence-monitors/{geofence_monitor_id}/cancel`	Cancel a geofence monitor

New schemas

The following schemas have been added to support the Geofence Monitors API:

`GeofenceMonitorCreate`	Request body for creating a geofence monitor
`GeofenceMonitorRead`	Response model for a geofence monitor
`GeofenceMonitorStopCreate`	Individual stop definition within a monitor
`GeofenceMonitorStopRead`	Individual stop as returned in responses
`GeofenceMonitorStatusEnum`	Possible statuses for a geofence monitor
`GeofenceMonitorSortField`	Sort fields available when listing monitors

Webhook events

Geofence monitor lifecycle events are delivered via the existing webhook system. Subscribe to any of the following event names:

geofence_monitor.created

geofence_monitor.arrived

geofence_monitor.departed

geofence_monitor.completed

geofence_monitor.cancelled

geofence_monitor.expired

geofence_monitor.* (wildcard — all geofence monitor events)
