# v2.88.0 - Trailer Gateway Fields

> New gateway_model and gateway_serial_number fields added to trailer schemas

## Trailer gateway fields

This release adds `gateway_model` and `gateway_serial_number` fields to trailer schemas across the trailers endpoints. These fields expose the hardware gateway device associated with each trailer.

  **Backward-compatible addition:** This release introduces no breaking changes. Existing integrations continue to work without modification.

### New fields

    Two new fields have been added to trailer response objects, providing hardware gateway information for each trailer.
