Arezzo Tech TSP provider support

This release adds arezzo_tech as a new valid value for the source_name field across all Telematics API endpoints. It also relaxes the validation pattern on the total_cost field for fuel transactions. Both changes are additive and backward-compatible.
Backward-compatible addition: All changes in this release are purely additive. No existing integrations are affected.

New TSP source name

The following source_name value is now valid across all Telematics API endpoints:

Fuel transaction validation relaxed

The total_cost field on fuel transaction responses and requests no longer enforces a strict numeric pattern. The field continues to accept the same numeric string values as before — the change removes an overly restrictive regex that could reject valid inputs. Affected endpoints:
